Customers must link RuPay Credit Card(RCC) on any of the UPI App which they use before making the purchase.
Customers to procced with billing of goods purchase at stores present in BIAL
Customers who transact on Dynamic QR (DQR) provided by PayPhi – having YesBank & ICICI Bank as acquirer (PhiCommerce), will Only be eligible to avail the instant cashback offer. In case of customers making any payment on any other QR on stores of BIAL will not be eligible under the offer.
Eligible Cashback amount of customer will be posted in its credit card account Instantly after making the payment via RCC on UPI as per eligibility or within 48 hours of making the payment via RCC on UPI as per eligibility in case of any technical glitch.
L2 - Customer to reach out to its Credit Card Issuing Bank (only in case the cashback does not reflect in credit card statement)
Maximum cashback which a customer can receive is ₹500 only; Basis the 10% calculation on the purchase value. The cashback will get reflected in the credit card statement of the customer of the credit card linked to UPI and is used to make the payment.
The Offer is only Valid to customers who pay via RuPay Credit Card linked on UPI as payment option and the offer will NOT Valid to customers who pay via any Other Payment option linked to UPI via transacting at BIAL stores during the offer period.
In case of customer returning the product and being eligible to get refund from BIAL Stores, the amount of refund would be equal to the amount i.e. total amount paid minus the cashback amount received.
In case of customer paying via RCC on UPI at BIAL Stores during the offer period, it gives consent to participate in cashback offer and with this it gives sole right of final decision making to Phicommerce Pvt Ltd in any case of discretion or dispute.

In case of any cashback or offer related query, the customer should raise to techops@phicommerce.comand PhiCommerce team at Kempagowda Airport . Any queries related to cashback or campaign are eligible to be resolved within 180 days from the payment date of the customer. Post this timeline the query or issue raised by customer will be null and void.
NPCI & Phicommerce reserves the right to stop the campaign at any time without any prior intimation to the customers or the credit card issuing bank.
The customer & its transaction won’t be eligible for cashback in case the customer uses his/her RuPay Credit via Tap or Swipe to make the payment during the offer tenure.
