How to report customer grievance: By Mail – with Charge slip copy , Card members name , Time of visit , grievance details , who did he contact with

  1. The offer is exclusively for valid RuPay Cardholders.
  2. Offers made by the participating establishments may not be used in conjunction with any other offer that is in force.
  3. Offer valid only if offer is availed by paying with your RuPay Card.
  4. The offers are ongoing till the specified validity date.
  5. Please announce your intent to avail of the offer before the bill is prepared.
  6. The Voucher cannot be enchased. If in voucher form .
  7. The voucher is valid on one time purchase only i.e. – A single voucher can be redeemed against a single purchase. No two vouchers can be clubbed together. If in voucher form.
  8. All offers are on Best Effort Basis and subject to availability
  9. Certain offers may not be valid for specific products or items.
  10. RuPay Card Holders are not bound in any way to participate in this programme. Any participation is voluntary.
  11. RuPay reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of this programme at any time.

  13. All disputes, in this regard, shall be taken up directly by the card holders with the participating establishment.
  14. Any disputes arising out of this programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in “City”. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against RuPay.
  15. The bank is not liable for any non delivery or any shortfall or deficiency in service/products provided by the participating partners.
  16. Offers may be subject to specific black-out days (but not limited to) such as High Season, Sales, New Product Lines and public holidays.
