Redemption process: 
  1. A unique card will qualify for receiving discount once each month during the campaign period.
  2. In essence qualifying transactions on a unique card can qualify for getting maximum 4 times during the campaign period.
  3. The offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed at the retail participating stores.

Terms and Conditions: 
  1. A unique card will qualify for receiving discount once each month during the campaign period.
  2. In essence qualifying transactions on a unique card can qualify for getting maximum 4 times during the campaign period.
  3. The offer is not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be encashed at the retail participating stores.
  4. Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
  5. This offer is independent of any other offer, campaign, promotion or cashback running on the Card at the same time.
  6. NPCI will not be responsible or liable in case the transaction could not be done due to but not limited to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
  7. NPCI will not be liable for any issues on account of incorrect swipes done at the participating store or for any technical problems with swipe machines at any participating store.
  8. NPCI may, at any time change, amend, add or delete the terms and conditions associated with the campaign and communicate the changes to the member banks from time to time.
  9. NPCI also reserves the right to discontinue the campaign without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
  10. NPCI holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered/sold by the participating store. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the participating store directly without any reference to NPCI.
  11. NPCI shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card Holder/s under the campaign.
  12. Decision made by NPCI will be final and binding on all banks. Any dispute (for RuPay cards) in this regard may be raised by the bank to NPCI and NPCI will work with the bank towards successful remediation of the same in light of the campaign terms and conditions.
  13. Participation in this campaign is voluntary. Any Cardholder participating in this campaign shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
  14. The terms and conditions of the campaign shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the RuPay Card.
  15. The offer is provided to RuPay cardholder/s  by the merchant. NPCI is only communicating this offer on behalf of the merchant. The offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions as prescribed by the merchant .
  16. Offer shall be made available only if the RuPay cardholder makes full payment by using a valid & eligible RuPay card.
  17. Offer shall not be made available in case of any void transaction.
  18. NPCI shall not be held liable and be made responsible in any manner for :
    1. Non-availability of the offers provided by merchant.
    2. Non-acceptance of RuPay cards at merchant outlet.
    3. Any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts, freebies / prizes.
  19. NPCI does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness of the offer provided by merchant.
  20. Any disputes related to the offer(s) shall be taken up directly with the merchant and with no direct and indirect reference to NPCI and/or any liability of nature on NPCI.
  21. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the offer shall not constitute a claim against NPCI and shall be addressed directly to the merchant.
  22. NPCI holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the of the offer(s) offered by merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the offer(s) by RuPay cardholder/s must be resolved with the merchant directly without any reference to NPCI.
  23. NPCI reserves the right to disqualify the alliance partner/s or cardholder/s from the benefits of the program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the program or otherwise by use of the card.
  24. NPCI shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any nature whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of the offer.
  25. In the event of expiry of RuPay card, the same cannot be used for the purposes of claiming any offer(s).
  26. NPCI cannot be held liable for any act and omission attributable to force majeure events.

Definitions: 

  1. “Card Holder/s” shall mean such customer/s to whom a RuPay Card issued by the NPCI member issuing banks; including RuPay Global Card (Discover), Discover Card or Diners Club Card has been issued and who is authorised to hold the card.
  2. “Transaction/s” would mean all successful qualifying transaction at Delhi Duty Free Stores POS terminals and will not include ATM, E-Com, Void transactions and reversals.
  3. “Void Transactions” would mean any transaction wherein the transaction made using RuPay Cards, Discover Financial Services Cards or Diners Cards has been cancelled by the participating store prior to the settlement with issuing Bank.
  4. “Campaign Period” shall mean the period during which the campaign will be valid, i.e. from the 22nd of April, 2019 at 00:01 hours until the 31st August, 2019 at 23:59 hours (both days inclusive). All qualifying transactions that have happened during the Campaign Period only will be eligible for receiving discount under this Campaign.
